Leather Wallets Cause Back Pain

Here is an article a friend sent me-

After years as a professional Free Fall Photographer, I have had neck problems the majority of my adult life that were caused from heavy cameras being strapped to my helmet. Well, the neck problems eventually translated into back problems, and I have to be extremely careful or I can be in pain for weeks. My chiropractor let me in on a little secret, that I wish I had known long ago.

He told me that wallets can cause back problems. He indicated that most men always put their wallet in the same pocket, and you sit on that wallet all day. Though your wallet may not be extremely thick, it is still jacking up one side of your pelvis, and this can cause you back to be "out" as chiropractors like to say. Or if your are like me, and you put everything in your wallet, including coins and all of your receipts for the last six months, you might need a brick to put under your other cheek to level out your seat!

So the solution is simple: Get a smaller wallet that will fit in your front pocket. I personally decided to stay clear of wallets all together. Most wallets have too many pockets and card slots that I always fill. In transitioning away from my leather wallet I decided to go with a leather money clip and credit card holder. No extra pockets, and no room for receipts...!

There are many slim money clip and credit card holders to choose from, but I found my favorite at www.LeatherKeepsakes.com. The thing that liked the most about this Leather Money Clip and credit card holder is that the money clip is on the inside, so I don't feel like I am going to loose my cash. It might not be quite as convenient as the ones with the clip on the outside, but I just don't want to loose my money. I can take an extra second to slide my cash out for the peace of mind. Oh, the other thing I liked about it is the engraving. I had my nickname custom engraved in the leather. It turned out so well that I gave one of these Leather Money Clips to all of my employees for Christmas, and of course I had their nicknames engraved on them as well. The gifts were appreciated and definitely something they will use. I hate giving useless gifts...

So this has helped my back feel much better...

My money clip stays slim enough to fit in my front pocket, but still has plenty of room for 8 credit cards and a drivers license, what more could I ask for. A slot for receipts maybe...!
